No issues with communication, the seller was eager, but I just don't feel like he/she grasped the brief at all. Perhaps it's the only style the seller is used to work in and it's suitable for some applications, but I explicitly mentioned no icons/illustrations, which of course wasn't picked up, and when I mentioned it again during revisions, the icons were changed for some stock photos. It missed the point completely and I didn't see the point in spending time on further revisions, when it's clearly just not a fit.
